Coating Materials for Long-Lasting Super Hydrophilic Modification of Substrate Surfaces
We at Tokyo Ohka Kogyo have developed a range of hydrophilic coating materials that can transform glass, metal, plastic and other substrates into hydrophilic surfaces.
Our hydrophilic coating materials have unique features such as long-lasting hydrophilic properties, nanoscale ultra-thin films, simple application process and high durability, which combine with the general functions of hydrophilic materials* to respond to our customers' needs. (*Lubricity, anti-fouling, quick-drying, anti-condensation, anti-bubble, improvement in capillary strength, etc.)
These materials can be used for a wide range of applications, from macro applications such as auto parts, construction materials, glasses and goggles to micro applications such as electronic components such as sensors.
We also offer polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS), which is extremely low in cytotoxicity and difficult to maintain hydrophilicity for a long time, making it suitable for use in the bio and life science fields.
