The company has completed the transfer of its equipment business (excluding certain parts) to AIMECHATEC, Ltd., effective today, March 1, 2023.

The company has concluded a master agreement concerning the collaboration with AIMECHATEC, Ltd. After the transfer, we will aim for value co-creation and further development of our M&E (Materials & Equipment) strategy by providing support for the semiconductor and display equipment transferred to AIMECHATEC, Ltd. as well as for our materials.
